Looking for office space in the wallasey/wirral area, may consider large garage

Do you need the office space to have a public frontage? If so then try the place at the end of Green Lane in Wallasey Village. It used to be a travel agent amongst other things. Been empty for a while now and has a "for rent" sign in the window.
