So, Christmas is coming, the other half needs a car. She wants a Yellow MINI ideally, but £2k ain't getting her that!

Ford KA? Clio? Any ideas?

I've looked at an MGB GT as a classic but I'm just not sure.

Needs to be an interesting colour, cute looking car, but more importantly it needs to be in good condition and decent on insurance.

Any ideas please give me a text/call 07545 979 831.

Will look at anything up to £2k, nothing over. I need to set the limit somewhere!

Any chance the work needed to repair this Mini would cost £400 crazy

Goes ever so slightly against your request for it to be in good condition but apart from the front damage (obviously) it looks like a really clean little car.

Thats a hell of alot of damage, cost more than £1k in parts alone.

Ah, my attempt at being funny obviously didn't work smile

I thought the "crazy" smiley was a give away smile

Do you think the owner of the mini didn't see the lamp post ?

Maybe she was doing her make-up, taking her rollers out at the same time when the lampost "just walked out" on her lol

Okay, might have the answer.... Hyundai Coupe in notaseyecatchingasyellow metallic blue its a 2.0 se with 60k on a 52 plate, leather A/C, its my wifes car and is no longer relevant due to her commute. Looks fantastic and is extremely reliable. Bad bits...? has an intermittent central locking issue, have bought the new part to fix it. Will take £2k for it. Absolute Bargain.

Interested?

Not half.

Sure you know about the 1.6 SE's hating low oil level, also use a good quality 5/30.
