Which version do you need, fairly certain I have Ultimate and Premium (different versions, Retail & Student) if you have the COA and just need a copy of the disc.

I have ultimate 32bit n 64bit. Also an update that allows it to download all the update no problem.

my COA wont work with yours will it?
