[color:#6666CC][/color]my mum would love a young westhighland terrier, she has always wanted one she already has a border collie so would have to be good with other dogs the other dog is a female she has been spayed. also would have to be good with children. anyone giving one a way???

Nearly every dog in that link is a 'trophy' dog that some numb nut now can't take care of.
Yes every pup should be chipped before being sold and if abandoned then the owner and the seller should be penalised. Absolutely disgusting.

i know what mean about the Bull Breeds in there, i feel so so sad for them all, a lot of dogs in the pound are chipped but still remain there until re-homed/rescued/pts.
