another good place is a bookshop in st johns shopping centre where i got them for 5quid back in 2005, can't remember the name but they have a lot of cheap books and some good local histoy titles cheap

Thats a good place to buy really decent cheap books. Plenty of Tom Slemen. Its the entrance near that bus terminal.
