anyone got a chainsaw I can lend to remove some tree stumps.

PLEASE, they are holding us back from doing anymore work on the garden.

Its called a STUMP GRINDER! Hydraulically operated normally and does what it says on the tin - grinds the stump down with rotating cutting heads, you dig round the stump and it takes it right down below soil level!! Guy in Greasby has one, got his number in the van, find it later u need?

Well, the only other way is the s-l-o-w way with chemicals to rot the stump. That will take a year even with my quickie method

they have been poisoned at xmas time, but I want then out now, I want to patio an area where some of the stumps are.
