My BMW 02 project has turned into more tinrot than car, so I've decided I want one of these as a bit of a summer project.
If anyone knows of anyone selling one, pref the 2.0 injection model. Not bothered about 'trim' spec.

I though the Mk3 was a 1.6 Laser and 2.8i?

Maybe am thinkin of another mk though lol.

I thought the 2 litres had a reputation for being rotboxes? and you're complaining about the bimmer for that reason! lol!

Okay, okay, 2.0 CARBURETTOR model then. I was getting carried away with the 'i's (it was the 80's). I'd have a 1.6 as well, not too bothered.
I'll have a look at that one in Oxton though. You can still get these quite cheap if you look hard enough.

My bmw is rotten on all the places I didn't want it to be. I would've found a cleaner example on the bottom of the mersey.
I'm stripping all the bits, and properly looking for a decent one this time.
