Just got back from working away

As I collected my suitcase I noticed it had a large crack in it

So I marched over to the baggage office expecting to have a major tantrum with them

They looked at the case, asked for a few details, then got a similar replacement out of a storeroom, I signed a form accepting this as a final settlement and off I went with new suitcase in tow.

Totally hassle free, so I say thanks to the people at the airport

They were really good when my luggage failed to arrive one time. They delivered it to the place I was staying within about 8 hours

It's weird when you're expecting a big major hassle from them and they couldn't be more helpful, it sort of knocks you off guard a bit !
