u sure it wasnt just a personal car or even a CID car?

nope cos ive seen it pull people but never got the reg. also it had 4 fellas in it when i saw it. deffo not personal transport. unless they where going for an all male orgy at half 8 in the morning.

4 fellas is unusual for a traffic car, it could be CID. They may have pulled someone in it though, im sure CID could pull someone.
