hiya everyone, hope ive put this in the right topic.

well on tuesday i was parked in the carpark by kwiksave in birkenhead (oliver street). i bought my pay and display ticket and stuck it on my windscreen (on the inside b4 u all say im a woman and was it on the inside lol). i go shopping and come back to my car with an hour and a half left on my ticket and low and behold i have a parking ticket for £60. no traffic warden in sight and as you can imgine the air was blue, <img border="0" alt="[mad / evil]" title="" src="graemlins/cwemotions058.gif" /> i was goin mad.
i drove down to bebington town hall and showed the nice lady there that i had a ticket and was in my right not to pay the fine. im now waiting to hear if i dont have to pay the fine. fingers crossed i wont have to.

im really tellig you all so you dont get a ticket like me, even though i did pay and display! just be aware the traffic wardens still issue tickets. confused

If you have the "Parking Ticket"
And the "Parking Fine Ticket"

Cross match the times.

The ticket machines time stamp the tickets.

So if your fine is at a time when your covered

YOUR FINE (pardon the pun).

Let us know what happens ?

as webo says there is no possible fine if the times are ok, but wouldn't suprise me if the little hitler put the wrong time on the ticket.

the parking wardon will also have to take a photo of the your car so that he has evidence that your either did not have a valid parking ticket displayed.

on his photos it will show the camera time, the time on the ticket, the date, vehicle Reg and the postion of the ticket.

also on your parking fine you should have a description to why you have been issued the ticket, either a code or a written reason.

have a look at your ticket and see what the reason for it was, this will help in your arguement if he says your were not displaying one, he should then have a photo to prove this.

i got the pay display ticket at 10:12 amd was issued the fine at 10:36. my ticket was displayed in the corner off my windscreen.
they had put on my fine that it was nt on display and they could not see it.
how crazy is that when i have all the evidance to prove other wise.
they just love the power.
