Pay n Display Parking Fine ? - 5th Jan 2005 10:20pm
hiya everyone, hope ive put this in the right topic.
well on tuesday i was parked in the carpark by kwiksave in birkenhead (oliver street). i bought my pay and display ticket and stuck it on my windscreen (on the inside b4 u all say im a woman and was it on the inside lol). i go shopping and come back to my car with an hour and a half left on my ticket and low and behold i have a parking ticket for £60. no traffic warden in sight and as you can imgine the air was blue, <img border="0" alt="[mad / evil]" title="" src="graemlins/cwemotions058.gif" /> i was goin mad.
i drove down to bebington town hall and showed the nice lady there that i had a ticket and was in my right not to pay the fine. im now waiting to hear if i dont have to pay the fine. fingers crossed i wont have to.
im really tellig you all so you dont get a ticket like me, even though i did pay and display! just be aware the traffic wardens still issue tickets.
