My lad has just had his home burgled and he is insured through Asda. He has just renewed his insurance and they tried to tell him that because it was within 14 days, he's insured through them for years, he was within the cooling off period and therefore he had no claim. They didn't know that he is in an FSA regulated business himself so they had to wind their necks in when he disabused of that notion and they are now being very helpful. Just be aware that if any jobs worth tries to tell you the same over the 14 days cooling off after you have just renenewed that they are talking through their 'arris. His place is over the other side of the country by the way, not local.
