Theres an extremely convicing PayPal email doing the rounds atm that has caught a fair few people out. I have had it a couple of times via my public business email addresses. Fortunatly I am always highly suspsicious of any email from banks and the like, even if I am expecting them.

The current one that is catching people out is usually entitled "You've Added an Additional Email Address" and contains a link mask "https://www.paypal.com/uk/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_login-run", but the link actually goes to a different URL.

As always, with all bank and other associated emails, please always double check the URL of ALL links prior to clicking on them.

Unless its an email requesting you to confirm something, you should ALWAYS visit the companies website manually by typing the address into your web browser yourself and not by clicking on links from emails.

Be vigalent, be extremely vigalent.
