The first mod i am looking at doing is fitting a set of 22" Kann Alloys with 285/35ZR22 Toyo Proxes Tyres.

Looking like this as it is :

very nice mate, it looks gangsta happy
Posted By: kenpotaz Re: Scooby : Range Rover Vouge TD6 - 30th Jan 2006 8:25am
Nice one. More toys than Hamley's a Christmas doh . Like the idea of the 22's. IMO the 19's look a bit small (can't believe I said that about 19" wheels!!).

Premium ride dude thumbsup , bring on the bling

That's flippin gorgeous Jay great choice. Love the clour i haven't seen many(if any) silver ones round here.
Think the wheels will make a huge difference. Have you any other plans for it?
Posted By: PAZ Re: Scooby : Range Rover Vouge TD6 - 30th Jan 2006 9:09am
The wheels suit the car ja.

Its hard to ake the right selection on a vehicle like this, but i hav seen one or twpo with a similar wheel, and it almost looks like it came out of the factory like that, thats how well they suit the car, so i`d say get em...
Posted By: evo ad Re: Scooby : Range Rover Vouge TD6 - 30th Jan 2006 10:18am
Very nice Jay. Looks better than the Ritz inside and those wheels definately suit it.

What are your next mods planned?
Posted By: Scooby Re: Scooby : Range Rover Vouge TD6 - 30th Jan 2006 10:49am
Im looking at getting the Powerklick Chip for it next.

Standard Performance Figures

Power : 177PS

Torque : 390nm

(10 minutes later)

Tuned-Figures

Power : 204PS

This Chip also improves fuel economy happy

After fitting them and trying not to look at them so i would get the WOW factor i drove it around the block to settle the suspension and parked it up, i walked over the road and turned around ........ ****..... They look awesome !

The ride is un-spoilt and NO tracking at all which suprises me. It handles like a dream.

Best thing since sliced bread.

You really have to see them to appreciate just how well suited they are to the car.
Posted By: Mark Re: Scooby : Range Rover Vouge TD6 - 31st Jan 2006 7:37pm

[Linked Image]

i would have a 966 Turbo if funds permitted but they are big bucks....
Posted By: krisGTi Re: Scooby : Range Rover Vouge TD6 - 8th Dec 2006 11:52pm
u gonna swap the rangey 4 the Porsche then jay?
Posted By: MattLFC Re: Scooby : Range Rover Vouge TD6 - 9th Dec 2006 8:49am
If its worth the book price of the rangey, or anything near it, id take the swap Jay.

Either way you've been tryin to sell the rangey for ages aint ya, so at least this baby could give you more fun and if you decide to sell it as well, it would probably sell easier then the rangey.

Having said that though, I dont particuarly like em, would rather have the rangey meself.

smile
Posted By: Scooby Re: Scooby : Range Rover Vouge TD6 - 9th Dec 2006 9:15am
They are worth the same book price so i have nothing to loose....

The Porka is probably worth more come the summer as its a Rag Top and hopefully easier to sell than the Rangy ??

The bloke has gone quiet on me omg

Will keep you all posted peeps and keep the comments coming happy
Posted By: Scooby Re: Scooby : Range Rover Vouge TD6 - 9th Dec 2006 5:38pm
*** Update ***

I might be doing the deal tomorrow (Sunday)
thumbsup

I have just been looking at the stats for the car !!!!

Group 20 Insurance

Performance :

Engine Size 3387 cc
Cylinders 6
0-60 mph 5.2 s
Power Output 300 bhp
Valves 24
Torque 350 Nm
Top Speed 171 mph

Slightly slower than the Impreza 0-60 but probably a bit faster top end at 171 mph (Scooby dashes off to search for an airfield) The faster top end is probably due to the 6 speed Gearbox....

Its full of Torque to at 350 NM think

[Linked Image]

[Linked Image]

And it should look like this with the hard top removed :

[Linked Image]

Im kinda looking forwards to getting it now, but hey, its not a done deal as yet, need to make sure its a proppa car first......

Posted By: red20 Re: Scooby : Range Rover Vouge TD6 - 9th Dec 2006 7:03pm
