Right this is my newcar its a mondeo si.

I got fed up with the bm so swapped it for this while i save up for a 325 sport.

Going to do little bits to it cos it looks like a grandads car at the mo any ideas what i could do?

2.0 16v white
k&n filter
janspeed zorst ( very quiet) will be getting a louder one.

Needs a new front bumper and a drivers side door handle but apart from this its in good condition.

Good to see its a ford. Oh and good choice you got the Mk2 Mondeo (Mk1s are horrible with there frogeyes)

SOME HUB CAPS!!! LOL dunno what else u can do with a mondeo? tint windows?

I'd keep it standard mate, the less money you spend on it the more money you'll have to put toward a new 325 sport and the sooner you'll have one

dont the mk2 si's have the cossie look wheels as standard?

yeah i agree with adam, plus keepin it standard will cost less now and be easier to sell for when you get your new beemer

Swap it for a BMW 325i Sport maybe

Just don't put a bodykit on it or big touring 'Ford' stickers.

A good sport will set me back abot £2000 dont think the mondy is worth that but i was thinking about it.

Its on a p plate any idea what its worth.

Latest mod 12 MONTHS FREE ROAD TAX gives me 400bhp .

Has anybody ever driven one of these?
Mine feels SLOW who ever has had a go of or has a 2.0 16v zetec take this out and tell us if its slow so i can find out if its just me.

Also does anybody know a mot station were i can go cos if i put a zorst on and take the cat off.

Just done another trackday (well tried) and used the taxi to take me and my mates 3.0 ltr carlton gsi to Elvington in york.




Even though i hate this car it towed well apart from on the way home when i came out the tunnel and down the fly over and it broke a drive shaft but it did well as thats only a mile from my house.

The day itself wasnt much better after ONLY 3 laps the carlton broke a oil pump and killed the engine GUTTED.




Trackdays are great we really need to get one going.

There were some really nice cars there quick and sideways was the order of the day.










I might just have a 325 4door trackday car in the next couple of weeks and maybe a 325 sport as well.
