Hey people just thought i would put up an mmc about me new mondeo which most of ya all ave seen now and as u all know its pretty standard untill this next few weeks tease

So for those that know me will know I ave got a ford mondeo 2.0ltr tdci 130bhp in dark blue its pretty basic model but hey it does me it does wot I want it to do which is take me from work and back and to the meets and generally carting me body about cos im not to keen on walkin.

Well iv started makin a few mods to it by gettin the followin :-

Ripspeed DV720
4 x 200w Apline Door Speakrs
4 x 17" Black Rocket Alloys
Window Tints

The mods for the car which are all arriving over the next three weeks yipee :-

Mondeo MK3 Rear Combat Spoiler
Smoked Side Repeaters
Black Lexus Rear Lights
Decent Front & Rear Number Plates
Yellow Brake Calliper Paint

My Future Mods :-

Smoked Headlights / angel eyes
Remove Bumper Strips on the doors
Colour Code the Door Handles and Front & Rear Bumper Strips
40mm All round Drop
Remove all Bagdes from the rear boot
Colour Code the Front Grille
Make a Few Minnor Tweaks under the Bonnet

well i was thinkin of gettin all black or all silver but for the price it was a bargin and as im goin for the dark look i thought they would be good at the time lol and im really please with them they look great i think it splits the car colour up and gives it about of originality yipee

Wheels are nice, but IMO don't suit the car.

Might look a lot better if its lowered though smile

Expect a £30 fine soon if you want to keep them plates on wink

just an update on how im gettin on so far iv painted me front grill black and tinted me rear lights as seen as the black lexus lights came but the wrong ones lol will post pics up as soon as i get some thumbsup

Now ya car, thats a different story, they look sound them yano, because their dark they fit in with the car quite nicely - surprised you didnt try making them like you did the front ones haha!

Just another update im bk to me original plates after some jumped up jobs worth of a traffic officer with a bee in his bonnet stopped me and gave me a £30 Fixed Penelty lol i was expectin it but not by a officer with an attitude tho lol

also got me lowering coilovers thanks to fordsteve so they will be fitted by the end of the week thumbsup

Heh I saw it when he only had the back done and tbh, it looked okay with just the back done, as the arse on these Mondeo's is about half a mile in the sky to begin with, the lowering just levelled it out haha!!

Did you find out what the weird banging on the rear left shock is yet Ste??

You sure it wasnt bottoming out on the bump stops - you have gone quite low.... think

Looks much better, though Im not sure Id go for looks over having to remove rubber components from the suspension omg

Unlucky Scott, but it doesnt look that bad.

New toe arm, maybe hub, maybe a wheel.

Should be able to get the parts 2nd hand from a scrappy no probs - maybe less than £50 in parts smile

car will be on the road tomoz doh so far its cost me a whole £38 for new parts all i needed was the rear passenger front and rear lower arms and 4 new bolts im yet to get under the front of me car to see wot damage is ther but things are looking good at the mo yomama no visible damage pray

not too fussed on the skirts, look to "soft" compared to the sharp lines of the mondeo, bumpers look good tho, spoiler looks alrite too

Just get that Standard Mondeo Spoiler u were on about, and would look fine. That Kit would ruin ur car I reckon personally.

another update iv baught a blue led clock in silver to replace the borin black and greenclock that originally came wid the car grin and got my 2000wat twin fli subs and amp and powercap fitted thumbsup

Just another update but pics will follow once iv fitted them laugh once the weather has warmed up laugh

just taken delivery of a set of angel eyes and HID,S to be fitted

also got me spoiler to get fitted and the car going two tone front half blue and back half black laugh

st220 suspension should arrive anytime this week so that will be getting fitted once they arrive laugh

K&N Induction kit

futre plans:-

beige leather interior out of the ghia x model

st220 diesel twin exit exhaust wen i find them raftl there like rockin horse poo to get hold of raftl

if i can and ave the spare money i will be lookin at a Diesel Zex Nitrous kit adding anywhere between 50bhp to 300bhp extra laugh

Give me a shout and I'll let you have a look at my Zex set up (you know where my car still is lol), oh! and by the way, dont forget a Zex window switch to control that power.

just a quick update on how things are with the car...

over the last few months iv been quite busy buyin things the list below and pics are to arrive shortly...

st220 suspension = FITTED laugh
ghia x wind deflectors = FITTED laugh
half a blue led switch conversion = FITTED laugh
Spoiler = FITTED laugh
Re-furbed alloys to gloss black
re-painted callipers
St220 twin exit exhaust needs fitting just need a decent welder and someone to decat it laugh and cut the scoops in the bumper..
stripped the boot ready for my new boot install laugh

put the car through its first service last month and had a bill of £1,650 frown so car is mechanically running sweet as a nut now laugh

WHATS LEFT TO BUY

Body Kit
Re-spray
convert rear windows to electric
re-map
new plasma dials
power fold wing mirrors
new stereo head unit
