Got this car in september off my little brother and brought it up to scotland where im still based













List of changes are as follows
Unvented laguna splitter
Added front fogs
Aero wipers (as found on new cars)
Drilled airbox
Ghia chrome interior handles
Mondie 16" Si wheels
Esccos Brakes on the front with braided lines
EScort Si wingback seats
Fiesta mk6 gearknob (sporty version of kris06s one)
Leccy sunroof
Alpine headunit and changer
alpine type s front components
infinity rear 5x7 coaxials
red cold cathodes in front footwells and boot
Gti spats
twin rear fog lights

as standard it has CL/EW (fronts)/white dials/sports steering wheel/coded bumpers and spoiler.

May have missed loads of things
After a few months of tinkering it now looks pretty much like this (wheels are the same wheel but different )reconned fronts with low pros on and high profile on the back until they run out)

Hate to admit it but own a ford myself, focus TDCi 100bhp on an 2004 plate.

aye mate i swapped a 1.8 115 zetec into my old 1.6 Si, posted the results on here, ECU change created 2 months of hassle but got it sorted eventually using a mondeo ECU which doesnt have the immobiliser built in. Loved that car,had to get rid tho as it was only a 3 door,since then ive had a maroon escort estate,which died after 3 weeks,to be fixed only to die again (crank pulley flew off at 50MPH) and now i have the mexico,which i like,even if it is a bit dented (plan to fix...honest)

also,note,my avatar is a photoshop but i want to get those bits done (pre 1973 plates and smoked rear lights)

yea ryan is doing a 2.0 transplant onto my old car very soon,aswell as cossie brakes. Hes going on a course in wales for a while and would like to do it while he's down there,failing that ill end up helping him do it when he gets back

TBH Mate, optomistic as your plans are, Id save the money on modding that one, and buy a decent one with a decent shell, and then mod that.

100 quid to fix an arch or sell this one and buy another and have to spend more than 100 quid to get the new one and loads of time...and money reverting this one to standard (im not losing my Si interior or cossie brakes)?????????

ill get the arch fixed one day,aswell as the bonnet and door.

New mod is the rear lights,half smoked (using trim tape no less)

whats next for the car then scoop?

next on the list is a new NSR door (possibly getting this weekend - then needs to be sprayed and fitted which may take a while) and colour coded parts such as bump strips,lock strip on boot,door handles,and leccy mirrors.Bonnet needs sorting.

got fancy rocker cover and stainless plug cover to fit but want to change inlet manifold (and possibly engine too) before i bother with them
