I have a 3 bed house with Magenta Living in Rock Ferry. Very quiet area, elderly neighbours (so no noisy Friday nights). Front & back gardens. 2 large bedrooms 1 smaller. On street parking. I've put an electric shower in (over the bath) rent is £93 pw.

I'm looking for a 2 bed with big bedrooms, a decent back garden, a shower (love my showers) and space for parking. Housing Association, not private.

Only moving due to bedroom tax!!
