Just bought another house and wish to rent out ours to working person/family.
Its 3 bedroom, semi, situated in a quiet cul de sac, clean and newly decorated in a modern style.
DOUBLE GLAZED,
GAS CENTRAL HEATING,
COMBI BOILER,
NEW CARPETS AND LAMINATE FLOORING.
well kept gardens, front getting done soon, same style as rear.
Large new decking area and shed.Off road parking and on road parking.
Loft just insulated and partially boarded with dropdown access ladder.
Cheap Council Tax and bills.
Close to birkenhead, main road, shops, Tesco etc.
Prefere NON SMOKERS

Havnt got a let date yet until new house completion, poss 6 wks or so!
Looking for around the £450 - £500 PCM.

waiting for deal to go thru on new house, 6-8 wks i think. Wont be short let tho, minimum a year

I will be looking for somewhere 6-8 weeks from now. What area is it in? do you allow pets? I have 2 small dogs.

HI
It is in Birkenhead, quiet cul-de-sac, close to Birkenhead north Station and main routes.
Pets are fine, gardens are doggy friendly, i have 2 myself!
Will prob be available in bout 6-8wks from now. Have a few small jobs to do after i move out into new house, prob around end of Jan, having a week off after that then few jobs to do on rental house.

my daughter may have a serious intrest in this mate would it be possible to arrange a viewing sometime.both her and her partner both work in good jobs.they are living quite close to you at the moment but its too small where thay are

It is open plan downstairs, front room, dining room and kitchen, all in one.Very sunny in summer from front and rear!Suntrap city!!!

is this still available, just Split from my wife and looking for somewhere to live which is suitable for when I have access to my kids.
I do smoke but never in the house.

Will still be available, work slowed down on new property so still in here. Looking at about 6 wks by the time we move and do a bit of work that needs doing.

have u found somebody yet? i am looking to move, to a larger house as i have a 3 month old baby girl and a 5yo boy, currently in a 2bed. On maternity leave at the moment, need to stay reasonably close to sons school.
