If you miss a parcel delivery and get the nice Christmassy card through your door saying its being held at your local sorting office you might be best to ignore the opening times it says on it. May just be our local one in Heswall but it says Saturday open till 17:30 so popped down around 4:30 and it closed at 2pm.
