Thought you might like to know that an unique archaeology & heritage centre is opening in Bromborough Village at the end of this month.
Called "The History Hut" - it's a chance to celebrate the best of British archaeology, whilst keeping a strong focus on Wirral's amazing past. The activities at The History Hut are aimed at both children and adults - with separate activities running throughout the summer holidays and beyond.

History Hut Please spread the word as children's workshops are already starting to book up. For adults, our lecture series and craft workshops will soon be posted on the website, so watch this space.
The project has been partly funded by a grant from Wirral Council's empty shop scheme and activities are all led by qualified archaeologists with a raft of 'special guest' lectures planned.
