Did anyone else see the funnel cloud near to Arrowe Park at about 1630 moving from west to east? It was quite big aswell.

I think I drove under it on the M53. I could not see the road at one point.

It's like a tornado but were a tornado touches the ground a funnel cloud doesn't.

It was bloody dark at 15:30. Must all be connected.

There was some really dark clouds in the sky at the time I saw it and it must of been about 10 minutes after I heard a huge rumble of thunder.

Blow! Missed it. Got the black clouds and clap of thunder then went into hibernation. Never seen one, what a shame.

I was driving through Greasby when there was a flash of lightning and then the thunder. I thought at first I had been photographed by a speed camera.Never known such weather in the Winter.

Heard the thunder twice on the day with heavy rainfall at the time, hubby got soaked doing the hometime school run.
