i have viewed a property pools plus house which ia a (sanctuary housing) house on leasowe road ,does anyone know if this housing group is ok ? i have lived 12 years in my home and its been great i just need a bigger house now , and iv been offered on but iv not heard of the housing company ?

Sanctuary of one of the big national firms, they are building a lot of new homes at the moment.
Some very public multiple complaints about them around 2013 with MP's getting involved.
Being national they probably rely on subcontractors a lot and so quality of repairs can vary.
As with most landlords, go over the property with a fine tooth comb, they are usually far more co-operative with repairs when you are moving in than they are at a later date.
I've only found one complaint about Sanctuary on the Wirral but I'm not sure how many non-new properties they have here.
