Racket - as in noise. The crashing and banging of work on the edge of the Mersey (I think it was the scrap metal ships though it sounded like tons of rock being deposited on New Brighton beach) kept me awake most of the early hours last night. I thought they were supposed to stop at midnight.
So I wondered if anyone else suffered a disturbed night?
