I have recently taken up crown green bowling. The new season starts in April.Anyone thinking of taking up this pastime should not leave it until you are a pensioner.I have discovered that most good bowlers started young!
If the coucil cutbacks come into force then there won't be
many greens left soon, so join a local club now,It is one of the cheapest ways of keeping fit.
