Help for Heroes, Sandstone Trail Sponsored walk

My self (ex 1 RTR) and 2 friends (ex Cheshires)are doing a sponsored walk for Help for Heroes, we are all ex Army and any sponsorship would be Great

The walk is along the 34mile 54km Sandstone trail from Frodsham to Whitchurch.
Starting from Frodsham. Following the woodland, along Alvanley cliff and onto Delamere forest.
Through the ancient hunting forest of Delamere forest park to Willington, the heart of Cheshire’s fruit farming.
Crossing the Shropshire Union canal (originally the Chester canal) and on to Beeston castle.
From Beeston castle up Bulkley hill and onto Raw Head the highest point of the route 227mtrs (746 foot) to the old military training area of Bickerton Hills (now National trust).
Past Maiden Castle (iron age fort) and down to No Man’s Heath.
Heading for Whitchurch going along the Llangollen canal towpath past Grindley Brook and Danson’s Bridge.
Cross the lift bridge and onto Jubilee Park car park at the bottom of Sherrymill Hill and THE END.
