Chris Ward
Chris recently attended one of LIPA’s widening participation events and amazed staff with his musical abilities, he writes his own material and plays piano & guitar, definitely one to look out for in the future.

Jo Bywater – http://www.myspace.com/jobywater
Independent songwriter/artist charged with passion, creativity and integrity. Acoustic, alternative, dynamic and blues-based. Lyrical poetry and direct honesty. Vocally raw, gentle and powerful. Debut album CYCLE GRACE PULSE BREAK released Dec 2010.

Sîan T & Daniel Ross – http://tinyurl.com/siant
Sîan T is a gifted singer and songwriter who has been performing ever since she discovered, as a toddler, the connections between her voice, music and movement. Before coming to LIPA Sîan attended the prestigious BRIT School in London for four years, immersing herself in music of all genres and showcasing her talent at the BRIT School’s
public performances. Daniel Ross, is a young talented singer/songwriter and guitarist and a lover of music across a wide spectrum. It was at LIPA that Daniel and Sîan met, and have since been collaborating together. Writing catchy acoustic soul songs with a pop twist.
No doubt about it, this duo is one to watch!

Frankie Davies – http://tinyurl.com/frankiedavies
Hailing from Jersey, Frankie Davies' music is a refreshing blend of country and folk, delivered with a deceivingly powerful voice that is sure to win many a heart. Fresh from supporting Nerina Pallot and about to start her second year at LIPA,
she is excited to introduce herself to the Liverpool music scene.

Laura James – http://www.myspace.com/songsabouttheweather
Laura James is a singer-songwriter from Cumbria who has been writing and performing since the tender age of 14. Originally a folk-based songwriter, her style has undergone a lot of changes over recent years and since moving to Liverpool in 2009 Laura has blossomed.
Radio 1’s Ally McCrae writes ‘Laura possesses some really delicate vocals and is a really engaging front woman to watch in the Regina pektor/Joanna Newsom kind of way.

Monica Sik Holm – http://www.monicasholm.com
Monica Sik Holm is a singer/songwriter, musical theatre composer and pianist, originally from the east coast of Norway. Her music is in contemporary musical theatre tradition, but also influenced by jazz, pop, soul and classical music.
