A woman whose cancer suffering husband's bicycle was stolen used the thief's discarded drinks can to catch him.
Lisa Bradley from Crowthorne, Berkshire, found the can in their shed after her husband David's bike was taken.
She decided to look for where he had bought the drink and asked to view CCTV footage taken in a local shop.
When she looked at the tape she spotted a teenager pushing the stolen bike past the shop before rewinding and seeing the youth buying the can of drink.
Mrs Bradley then obtained still photos of the thief and posted them online so people could try to identify him.
She also took the images to the police who subsequently arrested and charged a teenager from Wokingham.
