Was it a damage only accident?
Who is the defendant? You or the other party?
Is there a personal injury claim going through with it?
Do you have a Solicitor dealing with it?

Right. You say it wasn't repaired to "standard". Whose standard?? Has it been assessed by an independent assessor? If there were no injuries and you don't have FC insurance or legal representation, then it would be your responsibilty to contact the third party insurer anyway.
Were/are you insured as TPFT or fully comp? Do you have any legal representation in with your insurance? I would think that if they have admitted liability, you will have a reference number. If you are only TPFT or have no legal rep in with your insurance, then write to the insurance company and express your concerns - but please do it in English, with no text speak and make sure you spellcheck or they won't take you seriously!!! Send the letter recorded delivery or registered post so that they can't say they didn't receive it.
In the letter, give them 28 days to respond with what they intend to do to remedy the situation and inform them that if you have not heard back from them at the end of 28 days, you will take it to Court.
Without sounding harsh, is it possible for you to reply without using text speak. It makes giving advice so much easier if I don't have to spend 5-10 minutes trying to decipher it.
Thanks.
*Please also note that this is not to be taken as a legal consult. It is advisable to seek legal advice from either a Solicitor, Legal Executive or the likes of the CAB or your own insurance company.*

If they are at fault they will be liable for any legal costs to put the matter right anyway, you just have to make sure you get everything right yourself. Pain in the rearend but it as to be done.
