Hi Folks
As a freelance engineer I take on various contracts, some can be as little as a week but some can be very long term, up to two years.
Now the law has changed and if you are working with a company over two years you are classed as a permanent and as such you are either taken on full time or the contract ends
In the latter case how long do you have to leave a company before you can "reset the clock" and start back as an agency worker?
Nomad The question I would like to
" Per Ardua ad Astra"

I work for a teaching agency and was told that you only need to work one day somewhere else.
