Just been reading a book about crimes solved by DNA. In one case a man raped women over twenty years earlier but then met someone, settled down, had children and a good job.

His sister was done for drink driving and her DNA was taken. When put on the national database, it showed that she was related to the rapist and as he was the only brother, further tests were carried out and he was arrested, charged and eventually jailed.

The moral of this story is even if you have behaved for many years, one of your family could still drop you in it. No where to run and nowhere to hide.

Very interesting and glad the barsteward got it in the end personally.
