Does anybody know of an Outdoor flowering potted plant that will basically look after itself, throughout the Winter please?
(Or even a non-flowering one)? Cheers.

Thank you very much, Granny. Much appreciated. I think I will be looking for Cyclamen. I agree, beautiful colours.

Had a couple of customers want similar for winter. Asda (woodchurch)did have some autumn winter pansies £1 for 6 but check the labels as some are summer autumn. They did have cyclamen but sold out last week-may have got more in. Can cheat with the painted heathers. Also those coloured ornamental cabbages. Also onecaled chineria? as a contrast whiteish foliage.
On the spring bulb front--Rightway Prenton were selling handy packs for £1 dwarf tulips and mini daffs, crocus, grape hyacinths as well as regular daffs. Good value as they should come back each year
Home and Bargain/Aldi Prenton nets of daffs for £2--but id note some of the bulbs were rotten when planting them bt still decent vfm/
Think Tescos were ding 5kg daffs for around £5

Thanks Fish. Will check out ASDA for Cyclamen. Not sure what you mean by 'coloured ornamental cabbages?'

Sedum is also quite nice this time of year into autumn and the dead heads are fairly decorative..you need quite a large display of them for it to look good.
