Hello Peeps,

Right, the focus is going, but need some advice on how i should sell it. Its currently got a K&N, janspeed backbox, full tints, smoked rear lights, dvd player.

Ive already taken the dvd player out and put standard cd player back in, but should i standardise the rest of it and lash it in autotrader or should I try and sell it as it is? ive still got the original airbox and the backbox is direct fit and ive still got the original one of that.

I could either take all tints off, put standard rear lights back on, standard box and zorst and sell like that or what??

I'm thinking maybe standard rear lights and take front tints off, jus sell standard but with rear tints?

I'd put the whole car back to standard. You'll probably get more for it if you put it back to normal.

It should be a bit easier to sell as well since youre not limiting yourself to a certain market of buyers.

what are you getting in place of the focus??

Yeh cheers guys, i was thinking back to standard!!

Theres a couple of replacements for the focus, i might make the small upgrade to ST170, but then again, might not!

I'll keep you guys posted but goin for somethin bit faster and bit "beefier"

make sure to look up loads of reviews on whatever you decide on too, if your spending a wedge of money you wanna make sure it goes on the right car

how much are you selling it for? I may be interested if its going to be standard.....

Ive seen pic in the modified car section but if you have any more id like to see them.

What year is it, mileage, and would you sell standard apart from the tints....ie take everything but leave the tints (rear only for legal reasons). Any service history?

Standard mate. The window tints are gonna be a problem tho. When i took my sunstrip off shrek (which was tintin film stuck on the inside) it left a sticky strip which wouldnt wash off with anythin less than alcohol.Sell it with "privacy glass" and it well sell just as well as a standard car really

sell standared itll be easier 2 sell then make a bit of cash by sellin mods on ebay!!!!!lol

When you do come to sell it i should have some money saved up by then anyway so ill keep a look out for it. All depends how things go with my car between now and then though.

Sell it standard matey and when someone comes to view it wear your sundays best - A careful owner.
