What I've noticed is that when they do get a Muslim on who says the perps are wrong they then go on to give justification to their actions and blame us for making them feel that way. There's always an excuse at the end and to be honest the condemnation is never all that strong.

This thread started off about the Rotherham child abuse (I think) and has seemed to cross over with the French Beheading and Tunis massacre opinions. Therefore not really sure if this should be here or there. Anyway, in response to the two above posts, what I find most unusual is that whenever these atrocities happen, the ordinary man in the street decries them, the politicians decry them, all authorities decry them but we never hear a bleat from the Muslim population. surely if they were to stand up, and even acknowledge in public how dreadful these acts are, and give us some bloody support, we could possibly be able to make some headway. I assume they must be forbidden by the Mosques to speak out, and if not why don't they ? Of course, I don't have a degree in Cultural Awareness, so probably not a valid point. Although my cultural awareness does include not agreeing with arranged marriages, genital mutilation, that illness is due to sin, that a woman has to hide herself all in black. Because they don't agree with paying interest, they can get Islamic mortgages on the high street, to buy houses and cars , I don't agree with dead bodies being wrapped in sheets and being placed directly in the ground, plus many other points and particularly sex grooming of children.
Oh and they don't believe in giving to charities. So all those poor people in war torn countries, natural disaster zones etc, who receive millions from the British public in aid and donations to help all the other Muslims in the world....they obviously don't give to their own.
I also don't agree with the illegal immigrants being housed in Wallasey or Seacombe.

Well said Granny, the Muslim community have been silent for too long. Get off your arse's and get your house in order. The problem stems from the Muslim community yet the do very little to confront it.Stand up and be counted if you want to be part of this country.

For all our children and grandkids sakes something's got to be done! If everybody unites and stands together to try and stop this madness we may have a chance, a small one I know. I've got to agree with Granny and Dilly on this.

You forgot organised sexual slavery of adults in your list granny, this seems to be a flourishing business run by certain groups of people.

Still all Quiet on the Muslim front, no condemnation from the muslim community in this country, no not in our name, no all standing together against terrorism, oh sorry they don't relate to this being their home they are allied to their own lands, or so they keep repeating that we as part of the coalition forces bombed their country, funny that they are not so discriminating when they want anything, all of a sudden the are British and entitled.

If they choose to go let them.the more the merrier. I am sick of people making excuses for them. Let's hope they have a better life there as obviously this country wasn't good enough for them.

That Australian woman PM comes out with some common sense. Can be boiled down to "if you don't like the way we things in Oz then tootle off back to the Middle East where you're obviously happier."

Keeping the focus on Rotherham: Rotherham taxi drivers on strike over CCTV rulehttp://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-south-yorkshire-33340654The fact CCTV has been in cameras in less backwards towns for many years seems to have escaped them.
