I added my mother as a named driver last year and it reduced my insurance by £3 a month
Chruchill have constantly been the cheapest for me by far for the past 3 years, the only company that has beat it this year for me is privilege, this is only because they only take on people with 4 years+ ncb.
Churchill is still the next cheapest by far for me, with admiral a close third

what company do you work for daz?
How come insurance companies have such big jumps in prices in comparisons, it is suprising some of them stay in business

Well, i am 21, 4 years ncb on a grp 13 car.
Paying about £1k last year, got 4 years ncb this year, most companies (liverpool vic, tesco, cis, direct line etc) all want well over £1.5k.
Churchill want about £850 and Priviledge want about £700, so virtually half price just because i shopped around lol.

Interesting one this......
Privilige are currently advertising that that will beat your renewal quote guarenteed provided you have 4 or more years no claims. Ive will have 5 years at renewal next month so have just done a quote and they wont insure me. False advertising surely ????
