Hi, I have a friend living in one of the new build homes in Noctorum, and they're looking for someone who can repair a staircase. I've been round to have a look and I'll try to describe it as best as I can. Two of the steps near the bottom, moves when walking up and down the stairs. The two riser seems to have partially separated from the tread.
Any recommendations for someone who might be able to repair this? I will pass the details onto my friend and they'll make contact to arrange to view the work and get quotes, etc. Thanks in advance

Hi vampy, I'm a self employed joiner and would be happy to call round, to quote or give advice, however if as you say, it is a new build, surely the fault should be covered by the builder.

Thanks rob123. They just bought the house recently, and they tell me it was built around 2003-04, so not a new build as such. It's the new-ish estate, just pass the primary school on Townfield Lane.
