We are an online forum and our only means of communication is via a keyboard (normally). Just because a word is spelt incorrectly or poor grammar is used it does not make a member any lesser of a person than anyone else. It can be offending and hurtful to do this when that person could be dyslexic and only wants to contribute. Providing the message gets across we should accept the communication as "Best Effort" for many reasons; A Users Device, Personal ability, Users location or time constraints are all reasonable factors to consider. The Friends of Egremont.

Egremont Festival 2015 will be held on Sunday 9th August 2015, on the Egremont Prom and Shore. Last year's Festival was a massive success, with over 3,000 visitors to the prom on the day. This year's event promises to be even bigger, and we need teams of volunteers to help organise publicity, stalls, entertainment, fundraising, and stewarding on the day. If you would like to help, please contact Jess on 0151 639 4441 or pop into our community centre The Heart of Egremont at Old Egremont Mission, Guildford Street, Egremont, Wallasey, CH44 0BP

Egremont Festival 2015 Sunday 9th August 2015, 10am - 4pm

Fun for all the family with stalls, entertainment, donkey rides, games, workshops, fair rides, food and drink, competitions, face painting and free entrance.
