The cheap green alternative to washing clothes. We use them all the time now for general washing. A variety of other uses but generally just pop a 4 or 5 natural soap nut shells in an odd sock and put in washing machine with clothes.

Few of my friends in work swear by these, you can buy them on Amazon.
They clean your clothes well but don't add much of a smell, I love the smell of conditioner on my clean washing so don't use these.

Yes but the whole point of soap nuts us to replace your detergent & conditioner and save lots of money

True but I like the smell of Comfort and if Soap Nuts work you`d still save money on detergent. But more to the point do they keep your whites white and your darks dark??

When it comes to fabric conditioner, are you aware that it's best not to use it on towels: it makes them less absorbent.
