The cheap green alternative to washing clothes. We use them all the time now for general washing. A variety of other uses but generally just pop a 4 or 5 natural soap nut shells in an odd sock and put in washing machine with clothes.

Few of my friends in work swear by these, you can buy them on Amazon.
They clean your clothes well but don't add much of a smell, I love the smell of conditioner on my clean washing so don't use these.

True but I like the smell of Comfort and if Soap Nuts work you`d still save money on detergent. But more to the point do they keep your whites white and your darks dark??

When it comes to fabric conditioner, are you aware that it's best not to use it on towels: it makes them less absorbent.

apologies for not keeping up with this topic. I am selling soap nuts but was offering some free samples for people to check them out. You would need to collect. Irby or if you are on one of my work runs could pop through your door.
