Is anyone on here unfortunate enough to have Scottish Power as an energy supplier? I won't bore you with details why I'm trying to call them, but each time I ring (5 times in last 4 weeks), I have to wait a minimum of 2-3 hours before I speak with someone. Thankfully it's a free phone number or my phone bill would be sky high.
Their customer service is abysmal and even when I have managed to get through, they are still not capable of correcting my bill.
Is it just me or has anyone else had similar experience?
