Not 24 hour I`m afraid

https://www.wirral.gov.uk/my-services/environment-and-planning/pollution-control/noise-nuisance

Do not get someone with a big hammer to smash the window, open door, open bonnet and have an adjustable spanner to disconnect the battery, its illegal......

Make sure you leave a note on the car as the owner wont be aware of the alarm going off. Hope it shuts up for you, I`m off to bed and luckily not a sound, I could hear a pin drop from the top of the garden(50foot). Good luck.

If I was there I`m afraid I`d have to resort to a mad attack on the car.

Drive down to the local manned police station at 2am in the morning and open your car windows and put your radio on full belt---then tell the police when they come out to take a walk its environmental health

Would this not constitute "criminal damage" though?
