I've noticed that there is external wall insulation being done on a few properties off Liscard Rd by the petrol station, is this a scheme that anybody can get done or is it through some sort of Green Deal?. I would like it doing to my property but seems very expensive.

Yes i was told there is nothing decided yet on the next stage if any. I live by Manor Road, so may have to wait a while.
