We still haven't got to what car it is cheers Its a 3 bed semi if that makes any difference? Think ive remedied the cause of leak (build up of moss, muck and leaves) its the drying out of the rubberised underlay. The sodden underlay has a rubberised top and i am not sure it will evaporate through that. Stanley knife job i think ( first checking theres no wiring beneath it)

I've had this problem with an american car. It turned out to be condensate from the aircon.
