It’s Week Two of Celebrity Big Brother 2014 and that means it’s time for a new poll about your favourites.
Last Friday night saw twelve new housemates enter the Big Brother house and we’re already down to eleven.
Boxer Evander Holyfield got the axe in last night’s Celebrity Big Brother 2014 results, which saw a special twist.
Those left in the CBB line up include The Nolans singer Linda Nolan, who is following in the footsteps of her sister and bandmate Coleen, topless glamour model Casey Batchelor and N-Dubz star Dappy.
Sam Faiers is the latest TOWIE star to appear on the show, while Ollie Locke is the first cast member from Made In Chelsea in the house.
Liz Jones is the second Daily Mail journalist to make an appearance, with comic and TV host Jim Davidson and former Apprentice candidate Luisa Zissman joining her.
Completing the line up is former member of boyband Blue Lee Ryan, American Z-lister model Jasmine Waltz and actor Lionel Blair.
Bookies have made Made In Chelsea’s Ollie the favourite and the E4 reality star led our first popularity poll too, although it was very close between him and Lee.
Other favourites so far seem to be TOWIE’s Sam and Dappy, while Liz and Casey are at risk of getting the boot next should they be put up for eviction.
Who’s your favourite as we enter week two? Vote in our latest CBB popularity poll of the series below…
Celebrity Big Brother 2014: Who is your favourite? Lin
Celebrity Big Brother 2014′s Evander Holyfield has apologised for remarks he made in the house.
Evander, who was evicted from Celebrity Big Brother 2014 last night, was warned by BB earlier in the series for comments he made about gay people.
Host Emma Willis refused to quiz Evander on the comments during his exit interview, leaving it up to us when we caught up with him earlier today.
“I haven’t got the opportunity to make an apology yet, but I guess with me in that situation, I kind of felt I was talking to one person,” Evander said in his post-eviction press conference. “I was telling one person my view. I do owe an apology for what I said because I really wasn’t talking and really wasn’t trying to talk about somebody, because I don’t talk about nobody. m “She [Luisa] asked me something and I thought I was sharing with her my view personally, and I forgot about everything.
“So I am going to make a public apology about that because I am sorry for anybody I offended in that situation.”
Meanwhile, Evander admitted he was “unhappy” and surprised to be the first one out.
“Everybody knew coming in here who is the most popular person. And when you talk about ‘popular person’, you’re talking about what a person has already done,” he explained. “I had been the champion five times. I already did it already.
“My reputation’s already there as to what type of person I was so it’s easy to think that there’s a good chance I’d be in the final.
“That’s what I was hoping on anyway. I realised whatever I did, if the public vote, I was going to be in there.”
Celebrity Big Brother 2014 airs nightly on Channel 5.
Celebrity Big Brother housemate Sam Faiers has been given a secret mission today.
Earlier this afternoon, Big Brother called The Only Way Is Essex star to the Diary Room to give her a task.
Big Brother wants to test Sam’s acting skills and so Sam will be secretly creating some constructed reality scenes.
Without the housemates finding out about her secret mission from Big Brother, Sam has been given three scenarios to act out in the house.
She must:
1. Give Liz some fashion advice
2. Lose her temper and burst into tears.
3. Declare her love for another Housemate
If Sam passes her task she’ll enjoy a reward but if any of the group figures out what’s going on she’ll get nothing, except maybe a trip to the garden jail.
Not long now BB fans Big Brother 2014 start date set for June on Channel 5 Posted April 25, 2014 00:01 by Josh Darvill Emma Willis (Big Brother 2013) More on... Big Brother 2014
The Big Brother 2014 start date is set for early June again, so there is plenty more waiting to do!
The Channel 5 reality show will launch what will be its fifteenth series in less than two months time, with host Emma Willis back at the helm.
Well, we assume.
The Voice UK presenter took over from Brian Dowling on the Channel 5 show last year and said at the time: “I am thrilled to have been offered this job.
“I’m a fan first and foremost so to be able to front the show is going to be amazing. Roll on the summer!”
But it could be the last series to air on Channel 5 and possibly the UK completely with the channel up for sale and current Big Brothercontract set to expire at the end of the year.
However there have been rumours that ITV2 are interested in buying Big Brother and even talk that Channel 4 may want it back.
As well as the ‘normal’ series of Big Brother this summer will be the sixteenth series of Celebrity Big Brother, with names including Helen Flanagan and White Dee tipped to be housemates.
Auditions for Big Brother 2014 took place earlier this year, being completed online only for the first time in the show’s history.
