Warm it with a hair dryer or heat gun to loosen the glue and it should peel back.
Then thiners to try and remove the left over glue. Then soapy water. Finally T Cut. If you dont get it all you will end up with dirt / dust sticking to them bits and looking even worse.

Be careful with the thinners Willo,it can take the paint off too.
Thinners is great for cleaning surfaces. It can leave a residue which buffs off with a cloth. I used to prep cars with it before applying vinyl never a problem. It evaporates when applied.
