A new law that will make drug driving an offence in its own right is expected to come into force in late summer this year and these tests will form the basis of prosecutions when cases are brought against drivers accused of taking drugs. The law will cover the abuse of prescription drugs as well as illegal narcotics although the new tests will only be able to detect cannabis. Read More Click Me
