Planning notice in Globe that United Utilities want to build a new outfall between Hoylake and New Brighton. That seems rather large boundaries. Didnt read if it was sewage or storm water. Maybe piggy backing on the new power cable coming ashore. Plans in Hoylake Library which suggests its Hoylake not wallasey application number MLA/2013/00182 in Globe not on this website? www.marinemanagement.org.uk/publicregister.
