Can anyone help am after a power lead 12v ac adapter type for my daughters lcd portable tv . Would be greatfull if someone has a spare one thanks

They tend to be model specific, especially if its multiple pins.
Which one is it and what's the amperage (guessing 12v as you said).

12 v 60watt ac adapter its like a round jackport style .

What is the amperage required?
The adapter plug can be many different sizes, do you have the original lead?
If so you could solder/clamp the old plug onto the new PSU. Unless of course its the plug that is faulty (happens a lot on cables that are strained).
Or find a universal PSU with changeable heads.

Aww i need a 5 amp . My sons tv lead fits it but she needs her own so they can watch tv at different times

I've been looking through my "I'll fix it later" pile and found a Cello TV/DVD.
It was used by me from new as a monitor for CCTV, and one day just went into standby and didn't come out of it.
The TV says that it requires a 5A input although the original power supply that is with it shows 4.16A
If you want it you can have it for a tenner if that's any help
