Does anybody know anyone that is due to get married at the grange, Thornton hough that has been affected by the 25% price increase?? Friends of mine booked last year for their wedding later this year and are disgusted that they only found out about the increases by mistake. They understand that sometimes there has to be increases, but it has been their attitude about the whole situation. We have enjoyed lots of meals at the grange as the food has always been outstanding, but have now heard really bad reviews from people and the recent reviews on trip advisor are really poor too. My friends are panicking about the venue as a whole now and are not sure whether to trust them with their 'big day'. Any comments???

I would print out the reviews and ask to see the general manager. You could then be reassured or not ?
Look closely at the Terms and Conditions before you consider cancelling.
I would say give them the opportunity to put your mind at ease.

25% increase looks bad: could be heading for administration. I'd get out while you can.
Carpe diem.
