Oh dear, I wonder, did somebodies husband come home too early ..... Lol  Would be a strange thing to witness, especially in this weather. Happens all the time in the states due to crystal meth, they are usually agitated and mumbling religious things or claiming there are demons after them. Vids of police chasing them on liveleak quite often. This guys probs done it for a laugh like somebody else mentioned.

flasher = BAD. naked man walking down road = all good A flasher is normally doing so for sexual kicks and normally to minors in a secluded area, a naked man walking down the road is either normally mentally ill/drunk or doing it as a dare. My 3 daughters would feel threatened by a flasher in the park than a naked man in a busy area walking down the road.
