I attended a meeting this evening and one of the panel got a text from his wife saying the cordon has been extended, he lives there and could not return home.

Pure speculation would suggest that the jumper jumped. wink

As I said, pure speculation.

The guy who lives in Rappart said that part s of the road were taped off.
Top End-suicidal ideation
Bottom end-drugs raid

At around 5pm, his wife said that the Top End corden had been extended....
